Residential service $70 an hour
(Maximum charge of $200 for a problem on any single computer.)
Business service $90 an hour
One hour minimum charge.
Time worked beyond the first hour is billed in fifteen minute increments.
At the end of the first hour we will present to you a
description of recommended repairs and the estimated time
to complete. You give the ok to perform the recommended
repairs you want. It is important to keep in mind that
you are in charge of the process and remember, if your
computer problem cannot be solved you will not be charged
for the time spent working on your computer.
Payment for solved problems is expected when the service
call is complete. We accept cash, credit cards (paypal)
and approved checks.
Save 10% off your computer needs. Prepay blocks of time
and save. Minimum block of time is ten hours. Prepaid time does
not have an expiration date. Time prepaid is non transferable.
Prepaid time is non refundable.
Referral Program
For every three referrals you provide which generate a
service call your account will be credited for one hour
of computer support or training.
